なんとAus & NZのiTunes deluxe version bonus tracksだった「"Settle Down" (M-Phazes Remix)」と「"Wandering Limbs" (featuring Sam Lawrence)」が収録されています！
特に「Wandering Limbs」に関しては「Vows - US Edition」に収録がなかったので、購入を控えていた原因でもあります。 New Mixになっているだろうと思われる「Vows - US Edition」にBonus Tracksとして収録されるのなら、この2曲もNew Mixになっている可能性もあります。

ただ、Targetのサイトの方では何故か表示がありません。 既に売り切れた可能性もあり（店舗のみとか？） 「Norah Jones - Little Broken Hearts Only at Target」はまだあるんですけどね。
後はebay経由しか可能性はなさそう。 さて、急がねば！
最近になって「VOWS」の album artで使用されたBody Painting の様子が公開されました。 短いですけどね。
いつもの事ながらAbeja Mariposaさんの「STRONGER THAN PARADISE 踊るシャーデー鑑賞記」の記事、「シャーデー、ライヴDVD『BRING ME HOME』発売!!!」を見た後に、DVD+CDのセットにしようかBlu Rayにしようか悩んだんですが、Blu Rayを購入することにしました。 何故なら6/13に予定されている日本語字幕付きの「Sade - Bring Me Home | Live 2011」は購入予定ですし、トール・ケース仕様の欧州版が6/8～6/11の間に出るのでDVDならPAL収録のも良いかな？と思ってたりします。（PALだと16:9の場合サイズが1024x576になるので、ちょっとNTSCよりサイズが大きいというのもあるんです）

Juliette Katz / ジュリエット・カッツ。ドイツ出身の親を持つと思われる24歳の新人。 昨年4/25に「Avant première - EP」を発売し、今年3/12に満を期してデビュー・アルバム「Tout va de travers」を発売。 何故ドイツ系かと言えばフランス語ではKのつく単語はほとんど外来語だし、調べて見ると「Katz」という苗字は ドイツ特有なんですね。フランスでの発音は違いますけど。 あと24歳という年齢ですが、去年の時点でバイオに23歳と書いてあったので多分今頃は24歳でしょうということです。

2011年の3/11にシングル「Tout le monde」をリリース。 その後4/25に「Avant première - EP」リリース。 何故か「Tout le monde」のクリップの公開は7月。

最初のリリース予定では2011年の10月でしたが延期されます。 その後11月にセカンド・シングル「Tout Va De Travers」をリリース。 このクリップはアルバム発売に合わせて、やっと3月に公開されました。

これ、シングル扱いなのかな？
アルバムは作曲にMike Ibrahim、Scott Jacoby、Bardi Johannsson (Bang Gang, Lady & Bird)等が参加。と言っても殆どはJuliette Katz。 Bardi Johannsson 参加曲はSiaとのデュエット「Vague à l'âme」（これはSiaも参加）と、「Efface-toi 」。 Mike Ibrahim作詞・作曲の「Les yeux des mouches」はアレンジにAlbin de la Simone。この曲はフランス語の「che」が韻を踏むのですが、その発音がたまりません。 作詞は他の人によるものや共作が多いですが、それでも自分の世界を作っています。
ファースト・アルバムでこれだけの物を送り出してきたJuliette Katz はGeorges Brassensに始まり、Portishead, Massive Attack, Emiliana Torrini, Sia, Rage Against The Machine等に夢中だった様です。 特にPauline Crozeは追っかけ(groupie)だったとか。

今では幻の1st「OnlySee」からは1曲もなく、代わりにZero 7 所属時の1曲。2ndからも「Taken For Granted」のみ。 その他は順当なところですね。 かなりのメジャー・レーベルを渡り歩いてるのは本人の指向と持病を抱えている事が原因かもしれません。 バセドウ病/グレーブス病を患っている彼女は2010年にツアーをキャンセルしてますし、度々休養を取っています。 今回の「Best Of」リリース告知時もTwitterでTwitしています。 @siamusic: hi. i’m not touring or doing appearances or being in videos or doing interviews anymore. i like to be behind the scenes for now. cheerio!

現時点ではJuliette Katz のアルバムが最新音源？ と言っても2011年4月の時点で「Avant première - EP」なる4曲入りデジタル・EPをリリースして、その中に「Vague à l'âme」が収録されていますけど。 （本国フランスでのアルバム発売は2012年3/12） あとTegan And Saraの年末リリース予定のアルバムの為に3月にスタジオ入りしています。 Sia本人によると夏にアルバムを出す予定らしいですが、どうなるんでしょうか？？

結局、新曲5曲が入れ替えで収録されてしまいましたね。 「why are we not hearing this music in america?」というコメントが見られるAus/NZ Editionに比べると、どう考えてもMainstream を意識した構成になっています。 これはWarnerの意向？それともKimbra自身の意向？
